TFS Investments buys, renovates, and sells single and multi-family housing projects with a goal to improve housing stock in distressed neighborhoods and provide quality affordable housing opportunities. Some of the family housing projects have been in partnership with the City of Fresno through public – private partnerships.

Multifamily Housing Projects

TFS Investments not only buys and renovates multifamily housing projects; the firm also builds them from the ground up!

Fultonia Apartments

Each unit got it’s own makeover, which included new paint, new cabinets, new counter tops, new carpet and laminate flooring, and new appliances. This project also won the 2011 San Joaquin Valley Blueprint Award.

Mixed used development will consist of 54 one and two-bedroom apartments with roughly 8,000 sqft of ground floor retail. 20% of the units will be set aside for low income tenants.

Fultonia West consist of 31 units on site and 8 of them are live/work units. The improvements that this project needed include a new water main, waterline extension, updates to the sidewalks and curbs, and many more.
