This is a phased development of an entire block just outside Chuckchansi Stadium in Downtown Fresno. One of the features will be a 4-story mixed use development that will feature 47 one and 2 bedroom apartments over 8,000 sqft of ground floor retail.
Mixed used development will consist of 54 one and two-bedroom apartments with roughly 8,000 sqft of ground floor retail. 20% of the units will be set aside for low income tenants.
