Chief Executive Officer

Terance Frazier

Mr. Frazier has had an active interest in real estate since 1982, where he mentored under his father researching foreclosed and distressed properties. In 1987, Mr. Frazier pursued a professional baseball career, which he retired from at the end of the 1995 season. During this time, Mr. Frazier remained active with real estate, learning the Fresno market in anticipation of starting his own venture in the Central Valley.

In 1996, Terance Frazier approached Mr. Steven Hosey with an idea to start a real estate investment company in Fresno, CA. The pair began to participate in the research, evaluation and purchase of residential distressed property through the trustee sales auction process. The following year, Mr. Frazier acquired a California Real Estate Sales Person License. As the company grew and expanded, Mr. Frazier began acquiring many financial sources to fund property acquisition, which allowed the pair to purchase a larger volume and more diverse properties. In October of 2004, TFS Investments, LLC was formed, with 2 additional employees processing approximately 100 property deals each year.

 TFS Investments, LLC diversified; pursuing real estate deals further afield, in Georgia and Texas, purchasing multi-family apartment properties and rehabilitating these, managing multiple properties, purchasing commercial land for design build and future development, and entering public-private partnerships with governmental agencies. Today, Mr. Frazier is the owner of approximately 9 companies, in various markets, and handles over $125 million in real estate transactions annually.
