This property had been neglected for a while before TFS Investments purchased it. Everything needed to be replaced or repaired. The units were designed to have tile floors in the kitchen, as well as updated counter tops, refinished wood floors, new tile in the bathrooms, and an updated HVAC system that services the entire building. There was also a weight room/gym facility added and a beautiful roof top terrace.
