The major items included restoring some beautiful original hardwood floors, new granite counters throughout, new light fixtures throughout, custom tiled shower wall, and turn converted garage back into a garage.

Each unit got it’s own makeover, which included new paint, new cabinets, new counter tops, new carpet and laminate flooring, and new appliances. This project also won the 2011 San Joaquin Valley Blueprint Award.
This property had been neglected for a while before TFS Investments purchased it. Everything needed to be replaced or repaired.
Granite Park is a beautiful out door park that hosts 3 gorgeous baseball diamonds and 10 acres of new plush soccer fields. There is a concession building that serves up hot foods of the barbecue or grill and an outdoor bar to enjoy a refreshing cocktail for our 21 year + crowds.
