This is a phased development of an entire block just outside Chuckchansi Stadium in Downtown Fresno. One of the features will be a 4-story mixed use development that will feature 47 one and 2 bedroom apartments over 8,000 sqft of ground floor retail. Residents will enjoy views into Chuckchansi Stadium from private roof top lounge. The remaining 25,000 sqft of commercial will be remodeled. 15,000 sqft of that will house a newly created entertainment space and restaurant. It is expected to have 8 bowling lanes, bocce ball court, indoor outdoor bar, beer garden, vintage games, pool tables, darts, etc. Construction is expected to start by the end of 2018.
