This investment was purchased at the courthouse auction on July 2016 and was sold on May 2017. This was 2 homes on one lot and both houses needed significant work. We used 25 large bins to hall off the trash on the property. Both houses needed all new HVAC systems, both houses needed all new flooring, both houses had their kitchens gutted, one house need a new roof, the well needed work, the septic needed repairs, all new water line had to be dug and laid to connect the backhouse with running water, all new windows on the back house, interior & exterior paint, section 1 pest repairs, etc. This was a very large project that required a lot of planning and detail.
