This project involved updating the AC/heating units, installing new plumbing, and installing solar panels to make the buildings more energy efficient. Each unit got its own makeover, which included new paint, new cabinets, new counter tops, new carpet and laminate flooring, and new appliances. This project also won the 2011 San Joaquin Valley Blueprint Award.
