Fultonia West was a big new construction project for TFS Investments and it’s partners. There are 31 units on site and 8 of them are live/work units. The improvements that this project needed include a new water main, waterline extension, updates to the sidewalks and curbs, and many more. Each unit was designed to have updated cabinets, granite counter tops, new carpet, laminate flooring, and new appliances. There is also ample parking and a play area on site.
