Terance Frazier

Terance Frazier

Mr. Frazier has had an active interest in real estate since 1982, where he mentored under his father researching foreclosed and distressed properties. In 1987, Mr. Frazier pursued a professional baseball career, which he retired from at the end of the 1995 season. During this time, Mr. Frazier remained active with real estate, learning the Fresno market in anticipation of starting his own venture in the Central Valley. In 1996, Terence Frazier approached Mr. Steven Hosey with an idea to start a real estate investment company in Fresno, CA. The pair began to participate in the research, evaluation and purchase of residential distressed property through the trustee sales auction process. The following year, Mr. Frazier acquired a California Real Estate Sales Person License. As the company grew and expanded, Mr. Frazier began acquiring many financial sources to fund property acquisition, which allowed the pair to purchase a larger volume and more diverse properties. In October of 2004, TFS Investments, LLC was formed, with 2 additional employees processing approximately 100 property deals each year. TFS Investments, LLC diversified; pursuing real estate deals further afield, in Georgia and Texas, purchasing multi-family apartment properties and rehabilitating these, managing multiple properties, purchasing commercial land for design build and future development, and entering public-private partnerships with governmental agencies. Today, Mr. Frazier is the owner of approximately 9 companies, in various markets, and handles over $125 million in real estate transactions annually.

Chris Foxen

Vice President Chris Foxen

Mr. Foxen first met Mr. Frazier while he was coaching his high school baseball team where he had a profound impact on him. After graduating from Fresno State and earning his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, he came to work for Mr. Frazier and continually proved himself to be of value. He quickly moved up in the office and has held just about every position you can think of. He has handled a variety of responsibilities including the project management of 2 commercial developments, evaluating and hiring staff, preparing budgets, preparing financial analysis, studying and implementing strategies based on current and future market trends, and competition analysis. He is proficient in Microsoft office applications, information technology as it relates to computer viruses and their removal, and public speaking. Mr. Foxen also has a background in Lending and Title, as an outside consultant with Pinnacle Funding and North American Title Company.

Angela Felix

Angela Felix

Angela Felix started with TFS Investments, LLC in 1999, and began her tenure researching Trustee Sales and receptionists duties in a small office studio. She demonstrated interest and promise, and quickly obtained her Real Estate License in 2000. Mrs. Felix has recently fulfilled all of the Broker education courses through London Properties and is currently the Director of the Rehabilitation Program division. She specializes in Residential Real Estate, Short Sales and Foreclosures.
